Anyone looking to get a start in Archery I would 100% recommend The Archery Box! They are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They will help you get set up and Chris taught my son a ton in just the hour he spent with them. They are very kind and great people. We look forward to working with them again in the future. Very easy buying process for someone that knew nothing about Archery- and very happy with what we bought and the price.
Working with Chris was great! I explained what I was looking for as my teenage son competes with school. He was able to source the bow I was looking for and even double checked that it was in good order before forwarding it on to us. Timing and price were both great. Definitely recommend!
Best archery shop I’ve been too, Chris recently did some work on my bow (new strings) everything turned out awesome and bow is shooting bullets again , if your looking for a great place to buy a bow , any bow accessories or get work done on your bow I highly recommend Chris at archery box, it’s nice to have someone in central Alberta for the convenience of not having to go to Edmonton or Calgary but the fact that he has the knowledge and skills to back it has really sold me, I will be taking my business there time and time again, Support local! thanks again Chris for getting the bow ready in a timely manner before another wicked season begins
Awesome customer service !. Chris takes his time with your bow explains very well what’s happening with your bow and why also take his time explaining new bows and what the different company’s are doing and what the difference in the bows are .

Where do I even start?! I started talking with Chris a couple weeks before The Archery Box had opened. I was looking to purchase a bow for my son. I went over all the details of what I was looking for and Chris came back with few different options. I ended up going with a Mission Hammr. It was a special order and I was quite surprised when 4 days later I got a call saying it was already in. Since then, Chris and Jamin have gone above and beyond with helping to set the bow up. They have been very helpful with every question we have had. This is a great little store in Central Alberta and they will do everything possible to make sure you get set up with what works best for you!
Bought my first every bow here. Chris was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and taught me alot in the time I was there while he was setting up my bow. I'd go out of my way to come here if I needed anything else with my bow.
Chris at the archery box is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable! After a year and a half of taking my bow to shops to get it fixed, Chris spent close to 3 hours with me one evening, going through everything on my bow making sure it was good. He ended up catching a few things that other shops missed or put on my bow incorrectly. After that, and him noticing my grip wasn’t 100% he gave some pointers and now my bow is shooting laser beams again. Thanks so much Chris! Definitely recommend Chris for any tune ups, new bows or accessories if you need!

Meet the Felt’s.
They have lived in the Lacombe area for over 20 years recently moving to their forever home on an acreage just an arrow shot from Morningside. Chris tells the story of how he manifested their move a year earlier when he was in the area for work and had a vision that one day this is where the family would plant their roots. Their 3 dogs, 5 Hens, 4 Roosters and the community of Moose were never in the vision! Chris and Chelsea Felt both enjoy the outdoor life in a variety of ways, including a love of woodworking.
Chris grew up east of Lacombe in the Mirror Area, He has been shooting since the early 80’s. When he was in his teens he was an active member in the Veteran Bow Hunter’s Archery Club setting up many 3d Archery courses, hunting and fishing. In his spare time you will find him taking in nature waiting for the perfect shot.
Chelsea spent her high school years in Lacombe, when her family relocated. This is where the two met. Chelsea loves the outdoors, creative crafting and devising crazy idea for their next design journey. She is a very active person that loves adventure whether it be surfing antique stores or venturing to new places.
Their daughter Maddy is attending Red Deer Polytechnic completing her Justice Studies. Maddy loves shooting her bow when she has time and has been shooting since she was 5 years old.
Son, Reece is still in High School and following his first true love, baseball. He has big dreams of making it as far as he can in this field.
